Let me introduce you to Holden Beach...  

A south facing beach that allows wonderful opportunites to enjoy each sunrise and sunset over the Atlantic Ocean and the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway. Unusual is the south facing beach...special. 

We are a sleepy beach town with a summer population of approximately 15,000 residents and vacationers. It is a family beach with vacation families coming back to "their" cottage year in and year out.  

The island offers beach cottages from small, cozy 2 bedroom to upscale 12 bedroom beach mansions...with swimming pools, elevators and all the amenities one could imagine. 

There are underground utilies throughout the island; no power poles to obstruct your view...a sidewalk is a wonderful enhancement that runs the length of island except into the gated communites at each end. 

Just 50 minutes to Myrtle Beach, SC and 50 minutes to the waterfront in Wilmington, NC; makes us a nice fit where it is not busy with the city hustle but obtainable in minutes. 

There is little commercializaton on the island; a few restuarants and small businesses... 

The beach itself is lovely with clean white sand...and so it is Holden Beach North Carolina...a place many have come to call home whether for a week or a lifetime.
